Dr. Guy Blaise Nkamleu holds two Ph.D.; One (Doctorat d’Etat) in Macro Economics and a second Ph.D. (Doctorat 3eme cycle) in Agricultural Economics awarded in 1996. He also holds a master’s in Econometrics, complemented by much special training, including a certificate in the evaluation of international development from the University of Carleton-Canada, and a certificate in impact assessment from George Washington University.

Rose Adhiambo Nyikal is an Associate Professor of Agricultural Economics, University of Nairobi. She obtained her Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nairobi in 2000, an MSc in Agricultural Economics from the same University in 1990 and a BSc in Agriculture in 1980. She is the current Acting Principle, at the University of Nairobi's College of Agriculture and Veterinary Service (CAVS)
